On the lunch menu we have classic Ruben sandwiches with fresh cooked corn beef, several cold salad choices, hand crafted soups and fresh made bread on the premises in the morning.

On the dinner menu we have fresh seafood, choice aged steaks, fillet mignon, veal scaloppini, and fresh hand crafted pasta dishes,. All entrees will be specially prepared to order. Meat dishes would include a trio of vegetables and potatoes du-jour. Seafood would include rice du-jour and trio of vegetables.

All dinner entrees include a small mixed green dinner salad and fresh hand crafted rolls and bread.

On the dessert menu we have hand made desserts and ice cream crafted in the early European styles.

Also on the dessert menu we have fresh ground Espresso, Coffee and cappuccino brewed to order.

We have a nice selection of table wines and Imported beers on our Wine list and a knowledgeable staff that knows how to present, sell and serve these beverages.

All of our staff are in full uniform, wait staff wear black pants white shirts, red vest, old-fashioned black bow tie and black cap. All line cooks would wear chef coats, black slacks, black shoes. Training and professionalism top priority. Good food goes nowhere without good service.

Our lunch clientele includes all age groups. Check avg. $10. Large part of lunch would be walk in patrons passing through the area willing to try something a little more upscale.

The dinner crowd would consist of a slightly older and more informed crowd, looking for more than your average chain food, searching for casual fine dinning at reasonable prices. Check average would be approximately $20 - $25.
